לחוקרים שלום,

על מנת לפשט את תהליך העברת חיות בין חוקרים, שינינו כך שבמקום למלא טופס ייעודי לנושא באתר הרשות, על החוקר המקבל להיכנס למערכת הזמנת חיות ולבצע הזמנה רגילה במערכת.

יש לבחור מהתפריט הראשי את הפריט האחרון ברשימה (מודגש בצהוב) בשם Animals from Another Researcher, ולמלא את כל הפרטים של ההזמנה. בנוסף, יש למלא את שם החוקר המוסר ואת המיקום ממנו מגיעות החיות.

ההזמנה היא כמובן ללא חיוב.

את הכלובים בבית החיות יש לסמן עם פתק מיועד כפי שעשיתם עד עכשיו וצריך להוסיף על הפתק את מספר ההזמנה (במקום "מס' האישור" שהיה נשלח לפני כן ע"י משרד האתיקה) שיונפק מהמערכת. ללא מספר הזמנה מהמערכת, לא נוכל לבצע את העברת הכלובים.

 

לכל שאלה, ניתן לפנות לווטרינר האחראי על בית החיות.

Dear Researchers,

To simplify the process of transferring animals between researchers, we changed the process, so you don't need to fill-out a specific form on our website anymore.

Instead, the receiving researcher needs to submit a regular order of animals in the Animals Ordering System.

Please choose the last item in the main list (marked yellow “Animals from Another researcher”).

Please fill-out all the order details, including the name of the sending PI (the Principal Investigator who gives the animals), and the location the animals are coming from.

The order is of course free of charge.

The cages to transfer should be marked in-advance with a designated cage-card, as always, and, in addition, one needs to indicate on the cage-card the order number issued by the online ordering system (it replaces the “approval number” that was previously sent from the Ethics Office). Without the order number, we will not be able to handle the transfer.
