The center produced for us a C57BL/6N mouse with a point mutation at mouse SMAC/DIABLO locus by CRISPR/Cas-mediated genome engineering, and SMAC/DIABLO-KO mice.  We obtained very fast the heterozygotes transgenic mice. The work is done to my satisfaction, with constant cooperation and fast response to any question"
